Creative Living Community Care is a privately held company that provides services geared toward assisting elderly individuals live a safer, more fulfilling life. Each of our available services are offered to provide support to people with age related issues and chronic disabilities. These services are: personal care, Alzheimer’s care, dementia care, and many home care services in the home, the hospital, long-term assisted living facilities and other places of residence. Creative Living Community Care provides non-medical home care services to seniors, which allows them to stay in their own home. If given a choice between going to a senior living facility and staying at home, most prefer to stay at home. We help make this happen for them by placing care providers in their homes to perform daily tasks that you and I often take for granted, such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, errands, and transportation and medical reminders.
